Adult Serving:  4 capsules twice daily. May mix capsule contents in small amount of water or soft food. Note: 4 capsules equals appx. 1 rounded teaspoon powder. Ingest with a minimum of 1 hour separation (before or after) from use of allopathic medicine (over-the-counter or prescription).

Safe for children. Child’s serving is 1-2 capsules twice daily (approximately proportional to adult serving based on weight of child). All or part of capsule contents may be taken mixed in a spoonful of soft food.
