Overview on RETURN / refund policy
Our refund / return policy applies to products listed at our web store. Our policy offers exchange of product or full refund of product price within 30 days of purchase. Note: Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable. Please contact us by email to initiate action. See ‘Refunds / Exchanges’ below for details.
If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, please contact us by email with explanation of delayed contact which will initiate consideration toward a refund or exchange.
Please do not return your purchase to us without prior agreement from us.
Refunds / exchanges
If you have an issue with products in your purchase through our website, please complete an email including:
- Order number assigned to your order,
- list the product(s) at issue,
- describe the issue related to the product,
- request preferred action (refund or exchange).
See our ‘Contact Us’ page for our email address. We will respond to your email quickly.
We will also notify you of the approval or of other options to your issue. When final agreement is reached, you will receive an email describing the resolution actions within 2 work days.
- If exchange is the resolution (without a return necessary) the product will be shipped to you at our cost. The shipping label will include your email for tracking. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If refund on the product price (without a return necessary) is the resolution, we will process that through our card processor as a return to your payment card. You will receive a receipt of the refund processing at the email address on your order.
- If return of the unopened product is the resolution for refund, we will process the refund through our card processor after the returned product is received. You will receive a receipt of the refund processing at the email address on your order. See ‘Shipping Returns’ below for the physical address.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received the processing refund after 3 to 4 workdays, first contact your payment card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you still have not received your refund after the time lapse your payment card issuer indicates, please contact us by email.
To return product as agreed in resolution, mail the product to the address noted in the resolution email: TaiChi People Herb Co, LLC, 132 Sage Cv, Bastrop TX 78602, ATTN: [order number]. Include in your return the order number and date on the resolution email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. Consider using a shipping service offering tracking to provide the delivery record.
