Summer Energy provides energy and comfortable feeling while in summer heat. Do NOT take when going in and out of air-conditioned (cooled) spaces.

Adult Serving:  4-6 capsules daily. You may take 1 or 2 periodically throughout the day while in the heat, or at start and mid-way through your time in the heat. Do NOT take when going in and out of cooled or air-conditioned spaces. May empty capsule contents into small amount of water or soft food such as applesauce.
