Adult Serving: 1 pack herbs prepared as described below.  Drink daily for 4 days.  Repeat as recommended or needed.

Prepare fresh daily for 4 days:  In stainless or ceramic pan, add 2 cups clean water and 1 pack of herbs.  Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.  Cool slightly, gently squeeze the juice in pack into pan.  Pour into mug and drink all.
