Adult: 1 herb pack prepared daily as decoction (tea). Drink on empty stomach (1-2 hours prior to meal, 4 hours after meal).
Preparation: Add 1 pack herbs to 1 1/2 cups clean water in stainless or glass pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice from herb pack and discard herb pack. Store decoction in covered glass or ceramic container. Drink all within 24 hours.
NOTE: Try to skip breakfast or eat very small breakfast 1 to 2 hours after drinking decoction; try to eat only mid-day and evening meals. Drink decoction 1-2 hours prior to any food (full meal or snack) and at least 4 hours after any food (full meal or snack).
