Zhi Sou Shan – Type B

Description

Zhi Sou Shan – Type B aids the body’s inherent abilities to stop persistent cough with yellow phlegm. Symptoms may include fever, chills, sore throat; tongue: red with yellow fur. This formula is for later stage (hot) Cough Syndrome: stops cough, transforms phlegm, releases exterior and ventilates Lungs.

Adult Serving:  1 pack herbs prepared as tea. Drink morning and evening for 2 days

Preparation:  In stainless or ceramic pan, add 1 1/2 cups clean water and 1 pack of herbs. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice from herb pack.  Drink all.

May prepare 2 packs in morning, double water measurement.  Drink half in morning, store remainder in glass or ceramic in cool place.  Drink remainder in evening.
