Tooth Saver Kit includes herb packs for making 2 decoctions:
Sahdao Tang, 2 herb packs, 40 grams each, for drinking
Preparation: In a ceramic, glass or stainless steel cooking pot, add 4 cups of cold, clean water and 1 pack of herbs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice from herb pack, discard herb pack. Pour liquid into a glass jar and cover. Drink all of this decoction in 24 hours. Repeat in 24 hours.
Biyuan Tang, 2 herb packs, 12 grams each, for making mouthwash (do not drink).
Preparation: In a ceramic, glass or stainless steel cooking pot, add 3 cups of cold, clean water and 1 pack of herbs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice from herb pack, discard herb pack. Pour into a glass jar and cover. Swish the mouthwash in your mouth for 15 to 20 seconds. Do not swallow. Use all of the mouthwash in 36 hours. Repeat in 24 hours.
