Si Wu Tang aids in blood deficiency. Accompanying symptoms may include altitude ‘sickness’, anemia, blurred vision, dizziness; additional symptoms for women may include: amenorrhea, dysenorrhea, irregular menstruation, pain in low abdomen, periumbilical pain, postpartum weakness, threatened miscarriage; tongue: pale, pulse: fine-choppy or fine-wiry. This formula harmonizes Liver, moves Blood, nourishes Blood.
Adult Serving: 1 pack herbs prepared as described under Preparation.
Prepare morning and evening for 2 days: In stainless or ceramic pan, add 1 1/2 cups clean water and 1 pack herbs. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice from herb pack. Pour into mug and drink.
