Adult Serving:  1 pack herbs prepared as described below.  Drink morning and evening for 2 days.  Repeat as recommended or needed.

Prepare fresh morning and evening for 2 days:  In stainless or ceramic pan, add 2 1/2 cups clean water and 1 pack of herbs. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice in pack into pan. Pour into mug and drink all.
