Adult Serving: 1 pack herbs prepared as tea. Drink morning and evening for 2 days
Preparation: In stainless or ceramic pan, add 1 1/2 cups clean water and 1 pack of herbs. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cool slightly, gently squeeze juice from herb pack. Drink all.
